Please join us in congratulating the winners of our 2018 Fall Photo Contest! The theme for this contest was “The Amazing Life of Individual Trees.” Contestants sent us photos of trees, in any form (seed, nut, sapling, live or dead, etc.), taken in a natural setting in a rural town west of the Connecticut River.
- The Adult Category winner is Sarah Foley for her photo “Fallen Strength.”
- The Adult runner-up is Lynn Pelland for “Reaching.”
- The Youth Category winner is Lynsey Broduer for “Sunset.”
- The Youth runner-up is Chad Champoux for “Headwater Cider.”
We are pleased that once again R. Michelson Galleries is generously donating the framing of these four winning photographs.
In our show of appreciation for all entries, we will be celebrating the photographers and their photographs during our Photos & Pie event on Sunday, March 3rd at 2:00 PM at the Bullitt Reservation, where all of the entries will be displayed. We hope that you will join us!
