Recap for Walk in the Woods with John Foster, Healer

July 1, 2019

Power comes from clarity and some participants from this event experienced this when they visited the woods of Bradley Sanctuary with John Foster. After a short walk, John asked the group to choose a sitting place near a tree or rock. He then used this moment to speak individually with people.

In this quiet space on an extraordinarily beautiful day, the challenges that come from the inability to make a decision ceased for some. For them, the stress that comes with indecisiveness was replaced with the smiles of finally knowing the next step to take.

Following this solitary time, participants came together to be led to the brook by John. Here there was time for sharing and a light-hearted discussion. The trees and the water, the group of likeminded people, the permission to be quiet and still and John’s guidance contributed to this healing environment and nurturing event.

Enjoying a discussion with John
