We’re excited to share the recordings of our two-part webinar series co-hosted with Franklin Land Trust in early March. Capturing Creatures: A Wildlife Camera and Nature Sketching Workshop focused on creating fabulous images of wildlife found in their natural habitats. On March 10th CR Wildlife Cams’ Sally Naser offered an excellent introduction to wildlife camera photography (also known as camera trapping) – sharing some amazing images from her many trail cameras located on protected land across Massachusetts. The following evening, artist Elizabeth Whelan led participants through an engaging nature sketching lesson, using some of Sally’s images as models for our studies. Together, the webinars provided some great lessons in moving slowly, keeping our eyes open, and observing the wonderful world of wild things all around us.
To view recordings of each night, follow the links below. The videos will be available until May 1st, so act fast!
