We’re celebrating YOU, our amazing community, with a gathering this September! Come explore The Trustees’ newly conserved Beaver Brook land and enjoy a laid-back, family-friendly event, featuring local environmental voices, lawn games, and the inside scoop on conservation in the Hilltowns.
Remarks are at 11. Light refreshments will be available. Bring a picnic and stay for lunch!

Accessibility
- Covid: This is a fully outdoor program and masks will not be required. Please stay home if you are sick or exhibiting symptoms.
- Steps and barriers: Barrier-free; ramps and level surfaces to access all spaces and bathrooms.
- Audio: Remarks will use a megaphone or PA system.
- Bathrooms: All-gender indoor bathroom with stalls (details forthcoming); outdoor roll-in portable toilet.
- Fragrances: To be respectful of those with allergies and environmental sensitivities, please refrain from wearing strong fragrances.
- Parking: Large asphalt parking lot with multiple ADA/handicap spots. Cars can also pull up to pavilion for closer drop-off.
- Public transportation: Beaver Brook is on the PVTA R42 bus route.
- Seating: Picnic tables and tables with chairs (type TBD). Seating is under an open-air pavilion.
- Surfaces: Concrete pavilion floor, accessed by asphalt drive and walkways. Beyond the pavilion are graded gravel paths and grass lawn.

On Route 9 heading east through Williamsburg towards Northampton, Beaver Brook Community Park (the former golf course) will be on your left. Park in the large lot out front, or pull around to the back if you need a shorter walk for accessibility purposes.
