Come see thoughtful stewardship work in action on a small family-owned forest in Williamsburg! The walk will focus on management work done to control invasive plants. We hope you come away with a new understanding of the options in a forester’s toolkit and the complex landscape factors that inform the work that gets done. The walk will be held on private land in Williamsburg with Licensed Forester Lincoln Fish of Bay State Forestry.
This series is part of the Resilient Upper Mill River Watershed Project in Williamsburg funded through the Commonwealth’s Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) program.
