Bradley Trail along brook

Hilltown Land Trust is pleased to announce that John Foster, Healer and founder of Vermont Healing, will lead participants on an introspective journey in the beautiful woods of Bradley. This walk will be focused on quieting the everyday mind, interrupting daily routines and bringing awareness to other dimensions. These are essential steps for healing to begin.

John’s specialty is assisting with the healing of chronic disease. He speaks nationally on health, disease and healing and has clients throughout the United States. His extensive background as a wildlife researcher and field biologist has given him the insight that opening to the intention of health while in the natural world can be powerful. This is a unique opportunity to receive individual attention in an environment that integrates self-healing with the energies from the forest and the waters of Nichols Brook.

The hike is easy to moderate and includes the beauty of walking beside a stony brook for much of the trail. There will be time to sit and meditate while John attends to people individually. If you own walking poles, you may want to bring them. Also, bring water, bug repellent and a snack.

Certified service dogs are welcome but due to the meditative nature of this walk, we ask participants not to bring family dogs.
