Development Manager:
This is a part-time (20 – 24 hours per week) position based at our office in Ashfield, MA. Responsibilities include leading HLT’s fundraising efforts including membership appeals, donor stewardship, grant seeking, and planned giving.
Conservation and Stewardship Manager:
This is a full-time position based at our office in Ashfield, MA. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of land conservation projects including strategic acquisitions and new Conservation Restrictions (easements) and directing HLT’s land stewardship activities including annual monitoring of 35 Conservation Restrictions and monitoring and maintenance of 10 properties stewarded directly by Hilltown Land Trust.
