This webinar covers an overview of solar development in MA, explains the basics of the newly updated state solar incentive program (SMART), and discusses how the program interacts with municipal bylaws.
The presenter, Zara Dowling, is a research fellow with UMass Clean Energy Extension. UMass Clean Energy Extension, in partnership with the Massachusetts Association of Conservation Commissions, Appalachian Mountain Club, Pioneer Valley Planning Commission, and others, is working to help towns develop their own solar bylaws.
