Deer and coyote and bears – oh, my! We recently swapped out the memory cards from trail cameras set up on one of our conserved properties and were rewarded with quite the menagerie. Along with the photos below, we also captured images of moose, bobcats and others species, showing a small sampling of the diverse ecosystem surrounding a beaver pond the cameras observe. These cameras were positioned by and with the expert guidance of Sally Naser of CR Wildlife Cams and The Trustees.
Interested in learning more about the wildlife on your property (even in your own backyard)? Stay tuned for information on a wildlife camera webinar co-hosted by Hilltown Land Trust and Franklin Land Trust sometime early next year. In the mean time, you can check out Sally Naser’s amazing Instagram page dedicated to her many wildlife cams positioned around the state.
