Last spring, Hilltown Land Trust committed to take actions toward serving and engaging a more diverse population. As part of this work, we have contracted the services of Mainspring Change Consultants, who will be working with us to take tangible steps towards making HLT a more inclusive organization.
HLT’s staff, Board, and TerraCorps-AmeriCorps members will be meeting with Ang and Kent from Mainspring Change Consultants over the next few months to discuss and develop clear Mission, Vision, and Values statements that align with our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
We continue to welcome community members who care about land conservation and the environment and have interest or expertise with DEI issues to get in touch by emailing Executive Director Sally Loomis. We welcome you to be part of conversations about how HLT’s work can truly benefit everyone.
