Give Back to the Land day

April 22, 2021

Date/Time
Date(s) - Apr 22nd, 2021
All Day

This Earth Day, celebrate all the land does for you with the 2nd annual Give Back to the Land Day! Earth Day takes on an added significance this year when people across the country have looked for safe ways to get outside and socialize, and recreational use of trails, waterways, parks, and other outdoor spaces has increased significantly.

Hilltown Land Trust is partnering with four other environmental organizations in Western and Central Massachusetts for Give Back to the Land, a 24-hour online giving day to raise funds for conservation of trails, forests, farms, and waterways. We are also inviting people to celebrate Earth Day by joining us for an afternoon of trail maintenance and clean up at our Breckenridge property in Williamsburg.

Join us by visiting www.givebacktotheland.org to learn about the work of HLT and donate to one or more of the organizations. Gifts to HLT made between April 17 and midnight on April 22 will be doubled, up to $4,000, thanks to a generous matching gift from our current and former Board members.
