Enjoy a hike in the Chester-Blandford State Forest, followed by lunch nearby at The River Cafe & Bakery (also known as Hunt & Hart Cafe and Bakery) in Huntington.

The difficulty of the route we take will depend on the desire and experience of the group, but anticipate an approximately 2-hour hike, probably including Sanderson Brook Falls and/or the H. Newman Marsh Memorial Trail.

Meet at the Sanderson Brook parking area, at the intersection of Route 20 and Sanderson Brook Rd or 648 U.S. 20 in Chester. Be sure to wear sturdy hiking boots and bring water, bug spray, and any other items you may need with you.

RSVPs appreciated: email Katie at hltoutreach [at] thetrustees [dot] org or call 413-628-4485 ext 4.
