Pastel of Goldenrod Field on Pony, Mountain By Angela Vincent
Goldenrod Field, Pony Mountain By Angela Vincent

Come join us this weekend for an exhilarating hike to the top of Pony Mountain. A blend of steep and deep forests, and sensational summit views, you won’t want to miss this picturesque fall landscape.

Our hike will begin on the Two Bridges Trail which spans two miles and is a moderate hike with varying elevations. There will be significant elevation gain as we begin the short but strenuous half-mile hike up to Pony, however, the panoramic views of the Highlands and the foothills of the Berkshires, are well worth the exertion! Total hike distance is a little over 3 miles.

Following our hike, we will shuttle back to the meeting room at the Bullitt Reservation for warm beverages and a light snack provided by HLT and any fall treats you want to bring to share!

This event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP so we can plan for carpooling by sending an email to allie@hilltownlandtrust.org or call 413-628-4485, ext 4.
