Black Bear captured by The Trustees wildlife camera

If you are curious about the wildlife living in your woods, come to this workshop to learn how to capture them with a wildlife or trail camera! Join wildlife camera experts Sally Naser and Julie Richburg from The Trustees to learn about different kinds of wildlife cameras, what kinds of animals you might see in your photos, and how to capture the best images. This workshop will take place both in the classroom and in the field. We will start at the Bullitt Reservation in Ashfield for an introduction to wildlife cameras, and then move to a field location in Ashfield where you will learn how to check and install wildlife cameras. Come prepared to be outside.

Space is limited. To RSVP, contact Melissa Patterson at mpatterson@franklinlandtrust.org or call (413) 625-9151.

This is a co-sponsored event, put on in partnership with Franklin Land Trust and The Trustees, with support from the Ashfield, Plainfield, and Cummington Cultural Councils.
