Worthington 250th Conwell Hike-July 2nd!

On July 2nd, Hilltown Land Trust will unveil our new Conwell Property, a scenic forested landscape once owned by Russell Conwell. This 2-hour hike will introduce the scenic Conwell property to the people of Worthington in celebration of Worthington’s 250 years. Worthington’s Ben Brown will lead the hike visiting some of the property’s historic and natural features including Conwell Pond and Eagle Nest Ridge.

Attendees will meet at the Sevenars building in South Worthington at 10:30 a.m. The hike will last approximately 2 hours and will involve walking over uneven terrain. Hiking and shoes and water recommended.
