2nd Annual Williamsburg Resilience Fair

June 6, 2026

Date/Time
Date(s) - Jun 6th, 2026
10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Location
Meekins Library

A horizontal graphic for the 2nd Annual Williamsburg Resilience Fair event. The text reads "Saturday, June 6, 2026, 10 AM to 1 PM at Meekins Librar (rain or shine!). How does Williamsburg stay strong in the face of floods, climate change, and everyday challenges? Activities for the whole family! The flyer features graphics of rain drops, a watercolor town seal designed by Dunphy School 3rd grader Lucia, and the logos for Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness, Williamsburg, Meekins Library, Pioneer Valley Planning Commission, dpict, and Hilltown Land Trust. The website resilientmillriver.org is listed in the bottom right corner.

How can Williamsburg prepare for the challenges posed by a changing climate? Help shape our town’s resilience story.

The Resilience Fair is a hands-on community event that brings together town projects (flood planning, rain gardens, conservation, emergency preparedness), local stories and memories, kids’ art and performances, maps, models, and expert advice, and neighbor-to-neighbor connections. All in one place, for one big conversation about how Williamsburg adapts and thrives.

Move between stations inside and outside the library. Have conversations with neighbors and local experts. See how your home and neighborhood fit into the watershed. Discover simple steps you can take, from planting trees to managing storm runoff to joining a committee. Share your experiences so they can shape future town projects.

Drop in anytime between 10 and 1. Informal, welcoming, and designed for Williamsburg residents and Dunphy families, with activities for kids, teens, and adults.
