Join us to learn about this unique effort to create the first conservation cemetery in Massachusetts by combining the permanent protection of a beautiful parcel of land with the establishment of a natural cemetery for green burial.
Inspired by examples of conservation cemeteries established in other states across the country, the presentation will cover the project’s goals here in Western MA, land search criteria, and community and partnership opportunities.
Presentation from 4 – 5 pm. Discussion from 5 – 5:30 pm.
