Location
Robert's Meadow Brook Trail

A stream filled with mossy rocks in a dark green forest. This event has been postponed to the rain date, Wednesday, October 26th.

Experience the shifting seasons on the Roberts Meadow Brook Trail in Westhampton. Together with TerraCorps Community Engagement Coordinator Sarah Welch, deepen your awareness of the natural world with guided activities and an autumn walk along a Hilltown stream. All ages welcome.

The rain date for this program is Wednesday, October 26th 10 am-12 pm.

Access Info

During this program, we will be walking about 1-1.5 miles round trip, depending on group speed and preferences. Learning and connecting is our goal, not covering lots of ground! We’ll be sticking together, and moving at the speed of the slowest person in the group. While most of the trail takes place on a wide woods road with gentle incline, there is a very brief area of steeper incline as well as the potential for roots and ruts. There are no benches on the trail, although we will have plenty of opportunities to stop and catch our breath. Restrooms and public transit are not available near this trail. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome!

Restrooms: Restrooms are not available near this trail.
Public transit: Public transit is not available near this trail.
Dogs: Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome!

Cost

This hike is free, donations gratefully accepted. Your donation supports future programs like this at HLT.
